To the Libertonian Republic
It has come to the Council's attention, that one of our cruisers was in your space, without permission. The Council would like to offer a full and unreserved apology for this. The Vessel in question was commanded by a junior AI William. He was unaware of your laws, which I realise is no defence.
I however will inform you that however misguided his actions were he was merely escorting one of our trade-ships and intended no harm, and in fact destroyed two Hacker Gunships, that were attempting to destroy our Trade-ship.
He was escorted from Liberty territory by LNS-Polaris and is currently docked at Freeport 2.
Again the Council apologises and hopes this will not affect our cordial relations.
