Mate...as a side note:
Bastille is a closed system, where admins take those ships what are under interrogation or harmed some kind of server rules. If you buy a ship what is there at the moment, you cant use it ingame, untill admins makes that free.
The guy who offered it for sale, made a mistake from my opinion, since offering a car for sale what is under police control, isnt the best way to be a driving demon.
