Hostile forces were heavier than expected on exit from Newcastle, they were no match for my escort though. Fort Monckton had a coolant leak and had to fall back from the mission. Tau 31, went through easily, not approached by anyone. Tau 23, much the same. Orkney, met heavy resistance, managed to work our way through the minefield using the route MI6 passed onto myself. Am now in position in Dauphine collecting all transmissions in the system. Expect to have filled the databanks in six days. Will contact you again with further details.

Glad to hear your ship made it through, Captain. I trust Captain Crow also managed a successful return to base? Things got a little hairier there then we all would have liked, but I'm glad to say we all survived. It was a pleasure flying alongside the BIS today, and I hope this marks the start of a lasting friendship between our organisations.

I'd also like to extend my personal commendation to the Intelligence Service pilots I flew alongside today, Captain Crow in particular. His professionalism and focus, even under heavy enemy fire was exemplary.
