Ye, well Mandos are currently pursuing the Mercnet contracts against multiple groups. Sometimes things you expect least happen first. Anyways, paperwork part: claims may only be posted on two days out of seven in a week there and only by the leader himself (or by one of his trusted associates). Which means - no individual claiming and making a mess there.
Things might get complicated here if paper work is done wrong (manually). Let's prevent head aches: there's a form below - each member shall use it for every kill he makes under Mercnet contracts.
