Mr Hawk. I am sorry to bring this to your attention. But while patroling NY in my LSF Liberator "TICK" I came accross a pair of outcasts. Well long story short a fight broke out, and after damaging both craft, and exausting all their repairs they decided to run. Well you guessed it. Both ran to your base Rochester. Now i know you dislike this, but really i think you need to fire your Officers on that base, as they keep allowing criminals to land when being persued by lawfuls. I have a few guncams below as evidence. Please take care of this issue for us at LSF command. We really do not want to put a permanent wing on constant patrol of your base. Good day to you sir.
