13/04/819 - New London system - The past three days have seen New London's Cambridge jump gate transformed into a hive of activity, as the development of King's Cross Station presses on. A constant stream of transports can be seen moving to and from the structure, loading and offloading their goods at a fantastic rate. By day three, the installation has already weathered a number of large assaults, primarily launched by Corsair raiders.

While these engagements have universally led to favourable outcomes for the forces of Bretonia, some are loudly wondering if King's Cross' placement may have acted as an un-necessary provocation to elements of the criminal enterprise. Bowex and government officials have waved this complaint aside as nothing more than "malcontent mutterings", stating that the station's strategic positioning has allowed for greater security throughout the local area.

Despite these attacks, King's Cross has continued to grow at an astonishing rate, expanding as BMM construction contractors toil under the protection of the establishment's industrial standard shield. When questioned, Bowex transport captain Mark Sanders commented that, "in my opinion it's going fairly well - Kings Cross isn't that much right now but as soon as we have finished Phase 4 it'll be a beauty, showing that Bretonia can achive great things so long as all its parts work together."

Indeed, the station has encouraged cooperation between various organisations, involving Bowex, BMM, the BPA, BAF, the Merchant Navy and a scattering of other companies. Whether or not King's Cross will continue to work as a uniting factor remains to be seen, with many sceptical detractors condemning it as little more than a divisive piece on a harsh corporate chessboard.
