Ideally, something regarding hessians on private channel should be enough for you to change your mind and go elsewhere.

This is what you are supposed to do on meeting freelancer or Interspace Commerce transport loaded with MOX or some other kind of essentials necessary for our bases and moving in Omegas direction: ignore it. Ignore it even harder if the captain is telling you he is working for Hessians.

If you are not so sure about this ship actually working for us, you can go and escort him towards his destination, and if he is not going somewhere that is beneficial for us, you may continue with your brigandage.

As long as it is not proven that he is working for the enemy, and he is claiming to work for us, give him a benefit of doubt.

Again, we do not want to see our suppliers to be shot by our supposed "allies". We have even lifted the bounty on you, do not make us regret that.

Well, I hope you understand that I didn’t thrust him anymore, so his time was up! (Never waste my time, never.) *shakes head*

Here's the deal: Rheinland is messing with the whirlwind. We need our civilian supporters to keep our operations running after their last proclamation. Now, I got a message this morning that one of our fuel smugglers was shot down by one of your people on the way to Omega-11. I agreed to welcome you to our bases and begin closer cooperation because of the pressure that the Rheinland Military is putting out right now. But if you keep hitting our supporters, the benefits from our cooperation are cancelled out and we may have to rethink the terms.

I dislike sending threats, but it is vital that we expand our base as fast as possible, and between the Military and now you hunting down our supporters in Rheinland, it's getting downright impossible. So how about you lay off for a while and go ravage the Military transports heading to Omega-7 instead? IC folks are at the moment, considering the Military's threats towards them, almost like real Hessian supporters.

Major Gunther Hoerst, thanks to make some use of well learned education showing your face and forwarding an educated transmission unlike others, well, while initially we agreed to the deal, it seems we have a problem, not from us, not from yours, i have the sensation we had..."filtrations" in our messages, since it seems to be "too many" supporters, you know what i mean?, well in regard a better cooperation with the hessians we'll need more concrete information, my word has weight, but Rorry is not here and don't know where he is, and he has the last word, i hope to see him soon over there, to discuss and clear this matter as soon as possible, but i ask for a little patience for such answer, while we had differences in the past (and we still have) it far more beneficial for both organizations to keep in good terms, a good result is always worth a small wait...

Ok... Lets deal in a -truly- official manner, now that the Dutchman has said his side, the RF have given further input, and my aid and adviser has given some wise words.

Now lets be logical. We cannot go letting every vessel that tries to run, -then- desperately yells out they work for our allies, go. All it takes is one wary captain to figure this out and spread it out to god knows who.

So here's what I purpose: you have ships you don't want us to touch, we have ships we don't want you to touch. A Database should be compiled with both sides giving input on the list of ship names and current running IDs. Whether you want this Database compiled via a Nueral Net channel or a private channel, I'm sure we can work something out that will clear up any discrepancies; that is, so long as, the Dutchman is removed from the RF's targets, as he was only doing what was logical. This would be a joint effort between the RF, the RHA, and |RR.

Now tell me that doesn't make sense gentlemen?

We must not depict socialism as if socialists will bring it to us on a plate all nicely dressed. That will never happen. Not a single problem of the class struggle has ever been solved in history except by violence. However, there are some complications on this matter.

Creating the list of ships would require constant updates, and it could fall to the wrong hands. This is not something we are looking towards to.

The easier solution would be creating some kind of password to be used for obtaining free pass with your men.

It is to be chosen on private frequencies, however.

But this will still leave some problems around. You should understand that those supporters are not our mainline forces, and not our forces at all, so we don't have a direct line of command telling them what to do, how and then. Therefore, some passwords might be known only to specific captains of vessel in question or just not delivered in time.

In short, try to apply common sense, too: if the ship is carrying supplies in the general direction of our bases and uses IC identification papers, this probably means he is working on us anyway. And if some ship with IC identification papers is carrying uncut diamonds, this is probably the one we paid in diamonds ourselves, because Daumanns do not frequntly get to lay their hands on our fields.

The same apply to freelancers, but keep your eyes open anyway. And the IMG, of course - their ships are not to be pirated at all, no matter what, unless they are openly working for Rheinwehr, which would mean it is a Daumann or Kruger in disguise.

As we are back to cooperating, the order to consider Dutchman a target is already on hold. However, he is being watched closely, as the biggest troublemakers encountered.

And now to other matter. Since you have caused some losses in shipments, you are welcome to compensate it by running some shipments to us yourselves. This would truly be a joint effort you could participate in.

The joint effort, to clarify things, is in direct aggressive operations against the Rheinland Military. Our groups, both Hessians and Renegades, other affiliations and/or operations are a tangent of such joint efforts, and should be, for the most part, ignored.

That being said, I do not want my men to take action that would heed our cooperation against the Rheinland Military. So I will have my men escort any IC of Freelance vessel claiming to be working for your organization, as well as work out a password to be used via private coms.

And yes, I'll get some smugglers to make up for this shipment loss...

Alright gentlemen we have a problem.

Though I do enjoy our mutual destruction of the Rheinland Military vessels, the amount of loss in credits coming the Renegades way is stacking up. We're getting tired of Miners flying by not giving us a second thought other than to tell us some lazy excuse about being remotely related to the Hessians.

I'm feeling tied down! The Renegades have always been proud of their freedoms, and with these new restrictions we're becoming... "Reckless."

Having your force as a support is -very- helpful for both sides don't get me wrong, but something more... Finite and relaxed needs to be hashed out. We're willing to still do work, but we want the chains removed. Sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good.
