I contact you today regarding an incident that occured yesterday, near Tsushima Depot, Kyushu. For the first time in the history of Gallic - Kusari corporate relations, we were accused of commiting a crime. This is a very serious matter, one that I want to solve as soon as possible.

Currently the motion to make an exception to the law is being processed, legally it can be done provisionally.
As you may be aware our fleets recently suffered devastation: we are bound by honour and the law to provide a defence capable fleet for our citizens protection. After consultation with Keiretsu experts, we learned that our supply of ship-hull panels is dangerously low and any deficit would hinder our own defence projections.

In order to be able to export more ship-hull panels we would require the raw materials of equal measure. Therefore for every 1000 units of ship-hull panels exported, our shipyards would require:
1000 units basic alloy, 1000 units super-alloy, 1000 units polymers, 1000 units Boron.

So for every train-size vessel that takes ship hull panels out, four I.D.F train-equivalent size craft would need to import polymers, boron, super-alloy and basic alloy.
We are sorry for any inconvenience to your logistical plans, and hope that your own manufacturers
can fulfil the shortfall in the meantime.

Greetings dear sir or madam! My name is Sean Stone and I´m executive director of independent transport company Stone Bros Ltd/GmbH. We want to apply for Restricted Tau Exports License for one our ship. The reason is fact that we have contracts for transporting munitions to bases in New Tokyo system and Galileo system.

We thought that law only forbid export of this cargo INTO the Tau systems, not FROM it. But today one of our ships had problem with officers of KSP in New Tokyo system where they stopped it and forced to unload the cargo, because by their explanation it´s forbidden to transport this cargo in whole Kusari without said license. We are very unhappy about this incident because we respect Kusari legal codex, so we want to apply for said license to make all according to Kusari laws. Please tell us which information do you need and to which account have we to send fee of 25 million credits.

Greetings officer Hijikata! Thank you for your quick response. Our lawyer has same opinion as you about said law and restriction, but we want to prevent incidents like today was. Maybe we are in right, but we or our pilots can hardly argue with KSP officers. Last time the loss of whole cargo cost us 8,6 million credits. And attempt to get it back can take a long time. So for this reason, we see as better solution to obtain said license.

Name of the ship is Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH-CT1 and the destinations of the munitions are Malioboro station in New Tokyo system, and Reppu Harbor in Galileo system. In data attachment of this message is confirmation of payment 25 million credits to mentioned account.

By the way, when we are in contact, we want to ask about another commodity - nuclear devices. It is also restricted cargo which can "only be carried by Kusari Corporate Vessels and licensed groups and individuals", but we can´t see name of the license under which it belong. Can you please mention how can we apply for transport of this cargo and what are the conditions? It is used to building bases or their shield energy systems so it is possible that in future there will be demand for it.

The reason is that ship with license need some repairs so it´s now out of service, but we need at least one ship with license to keep our contracts. Name of the second ship is Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH-RT1 and the destinations of munitions are the same as before, Malioboro station and Reppu Harbor. In data attachment of this message is confirmation of another payment 25 million credits to account [KNF]Heikiko.Maru. We also want to ask you for correction in database because name of our first ship is currently corrupted here.

Kallistei!

While planning a pilgrimage in memory of late Pope Malaclypse (Episkopos Prime), I figured out that I would need permission to travel through/operate in Kusari core space.

My ship carries the callsign [TAZ]Danais. It's classification is a "Corvo" Deep Space Explorer, and it is equipped with ample weaponry that has only ever been fired in self-defence, which only happened once. Naturally, I am guessing that I can safely leave my weapon systems turned off during the entire transit through Kusari, would permission be granted.
