Good day Admiral. I have been tasked with contacting you in regards to the 13th Northern Fleet and their Black Market.

Supposedly a Cloaking Device was sold to one of your Independent Naval Vessels. We here at the Intelligence Service would greatly appreciate if any information you may posses regarding this could be disclosed to us as soon as possible.
