For the last weeks Rheinland has stood and watched, confused and almost reactionless, as the IC crisis developed. Today we have decided to take action. For the past days we have worked on a plan to ensure the stability of the corporation, and mining operations in Rheinland.
Surveyors have reported a potential increase in the mineral capacity of the Walker Nebula, specifically in the system of Omega 7, as new unexplored sectors of the Nebula are moving towards the system. In order to ensure access to these new fields the government must fulfill article 1.2 of the Treaty of... Treaty of Snowdown...

To make it short, if the Rheinland Military is planning on expanding its power, we require more minerals. Annexing Omega 7 as Rheinland territory will ensure Rheinland gets complete control over any potential new field, and Rheinland corporations will be able to process more materials.
Daumann Heavy Construction requests the Bundestag to complete the total annexation of Omega 7 system as Rheinland territory, as allowed in article 1.2 in the Treaty of Snowdown. We also understand the financial situation in the Bundestag, however if the annexation plan is met positively, DHC as a proud rheinland corporation is willing to provide the Bundestag with funds to increase military operations in western Rheinland, and giving the economy a temporary relief while the crisis is solved.
