It was found in space with a band of Zoner Terrorists, including a Zoner Warship. This warship has put your vessel into...a very bad light.

We require an explanation of it's actions in joining this convoy of terrorists.

On our side, if this Barge was indeed taken there not if it's own will, I have instructed Grande Marechal Roux to have the Barge escorted back to Kusari for you.

We await your response. Do be prompt, I have heard rumors the Royal Police do not believe the cries were genuine.

Good Evening General Reynaud

I have read your attached report, and I am most alarmed by its contents!

The Tsussen is a Barge-class vessel. We use it as a temporary fuel storage within our mining allocation in the Sigma-19 system.

The last report from the Tsussen was over 48 hours ago. It was due to make a routine transaction, selling 40,000 units of Helium-3 gas to a group of Zoners.

The Tsussen is only just overdue to report in. I can tell you right now General, the contents of this report are disturbing, not just for the involvement of a Kishiro vessel.

There is physically no way a Barge-class vessel could travel to Gallia within two days on its own. The statements made by the captain of the Tsussen also indicate to me that our ship was acting under duress.

Further, the presence of a Battleship-class vessel, as well as references to 'jumping', 'jump coordinates' and 'fueling' suggest that this "JZ-" group has acquired an experimental Type IV Jump-Drive unit. I believe that these miscreants have gotten close enough to the Tsussen to drag it along in a warp bubble generated by the Battleship's powercore.

As you may know, a Barge is very limited in its mobility. It would be impossible for the Tsussen to escape a concerted attack. The Barge is also susceptible to being literally pushed around by other vessels being used as space-tugs.

Given the size of the group in your report, as well as statements made by the Captain of the Tsussen, I put it to you that the Tsussen's movements were being managed by the Zoner ships, and not by the Captain.

General, I must tell you that your report highlights a grave security concern. Not just to Gallia, but to Kusari as well. Unless you have done so yourself, I would like to forward this report on to the Kusari Naval Forces, so that intel can be gathered, and a recovery operation started.

I apologise unreservedly on behalf of Kishiro Technologies for the involvement of one of our ships in this action. I also apologise for not being able to provide the Captain of the Tsussen himself, to give a personal account for his actions. I hope that in time we can recover the Tsussen, and track down the people responsible for this, most irregular use of new technology.
