Goal:
Scan and interrogate 20 traders of 2k or above capacity in Colorado

Details:
We need some intelligence gathered about cargo trafic in Colorado.
What we need to know is:
- Cargo type
- Cargo ammount
- Intended destination
- Affiliation

We're only interested in traders with capacity of 2k or above.

Suggestions:
Light fighters and freighters will perform best because of superior speed.
