Due to the sensitivity of the situation involving Kaido-san and his extended stay in Liberty, the following action must be taken.
  1. All his bank accounts and assets will be frozen as of now to protect his personal wealth.
  2. His access to Samura mainframe and secondary systems have been cut to protect our Zaibatsu.
  3. His parking visa has been invalidated.
  4. His invitation to this weekends function has been cancelled.
  5. His residence is to be closed and secured till his return
