Greetings,
this is Thomas Schulzki from H&K Industries.

We wanted to notify you that we have set up our new Base in Shikoku, E5.
We assured ourselves in the company of a KNF officer that it fulfills all legal requirements of Kusari State law.
And with this neural net message we want to avoid an incident like last time.

If there are any problems popping up please notify us first, before engaging drastical measures like last time.

If you wish to take up construction again it will remain untouched by any local forces, provided it is complaint with the law within the designated zone and reported on this channel.
