Llaiir is a young Romulan Woman, which the attack on the ship father's survived. It was with her mother on the ship of her father on the way to one of the border colonies in the Romulan - federal neutral zone when the ship was attacked by unknown ships. It lasted weeks, until a ship of the federation found the severely damaged Warbird, the occupying looked after them, because her mother died with the collision, also only 1 handful was alive from the crew of the Warbirds.

Llaiir grew up on with her human adoptive parents, she took care, so much like she was able about her native country to get to know what was not light.

It is one of few Romulanerinnen, or the only one in the starfleet academy her education might begin.

She shows their pride in the Romulan broad people openly and has decided to visit Romulus sometime once this Hoffung was as Romulus Destroyed became.
