**Time's change..**
**The lines on the battlefield fade..**
**Once a great cause becomes yesterday's notion..**
**I do not make this request lightly, but with the current terms, I am requesting several divisions to temporarily be transferred under the Council's command, along with several of our heavy class vessels and such**
**Temporary...Until the time comes that we can return to our regular work**
