while on a regular cruise trip to Nagano we encountered a quite unusual sighting today. During our approach at the Luxury Liner Mackinac we spotted a Liberty Carrier according to papers registered to the Liberty Navy.

Yet we are on good terms with the Republic of Liberty and the local law enforcement but we don't want any warships near our facilities to ensure the safety of our honored customers. The captain of the carrier told us something about a task he was on, pursuing a dangerous Outcast but frankly that's something we can't tolerate at all.
Our customers booked their cruises and spas to get away from the fighting that sadly happens everyday in Sirius. Due to this giant warship staged at the Luxury Liner Mackinac a huge number of passengers canceled their vacation and requested to be immediatly brought back home which we had to deal with.

Though I have no choice but to demand the payment of the loss we've encountered due to this incident.

Passengers requested to leave the Mackinac: 3.000
Loss per canceled cruise: 3.400 cr
Transportation costs: 2.000.000 cr

Total loss: 12.200.000 cr

We also like to get a statement from TFI and the assurance that we won't see any capital warships within the perimeter of our liners in Kusari.

I'll be contacting the captain of this Carrier personally and inserting a boot up his arse, don't worry about that.

I notice you've forwarded this to the Kusari Naval Forces as well, Miss Hinode - So I may as well a statement to them regarding the matter, hitting two birds with one stone as the saying goes.

The captain of this vessel was obviously far outside his jurisdiction and as I've stated, he'll be receiving severe disciplinary action. I'd ask that if you spot an idiotic Navy captain, such as this one, within your borders again, that you swiftly haul his arse back to Liberty using whatever means possible - As I'm sure you're well aware, those ships aren't cheap. Of course, this is merely a personal request and you're more than entitled to decimate the ship on sight.

As for compensation, you may demand whatever you wish - It is likely that statements from each of the three thousand passengers will need to be taken and I'm sure the Liberty courts system will provide the appropriate refund.

first of all I'd like to thank you for the response to this matter. I indeed send this transmission to the Kusari Naval Forces as well, it is their jurisdiction and they should know about this incident as Orbital Spa & Cruise only controls a small perimeter around the luxury liner Mackinac.

Also the demand stated in the opening transmission is to show this carrier captain that actions like his will most likely draw a trail behind them. The Mackinac is open to citizens not only from Kusari and Liberty but Rheinland and Bretonia as well.
So showing the presence of a Liberty warship really freaks some of them out as they didn't even expect such vessels in Kusari space. Not to mention what might have happened when this thing had docked with the Mackinac and thousands over thousands Navy officers had used our facility as staging ground.

I hope we won't see any other but Kusari warships - and these only when absolutely needed - near the Mackinac again. Of course everybody still is welcome aboard but another way of transportation is advised.

Captain Hinode,

A few reports already reached the High Command concerning that Liberty Navy division.
Those vessel's crews didn't reply to our warnings nor did they explain the reasons of Kusari's space violation.

I can only express my regrets regarding the business losses Orbital Spa & Cruise had to suffer.
The amount of collaboration OS&C showed by warning us is appreciated.

However, i would humbly like to remind you OS&C does not own any territory in Nagano.
This system entirely belongs to Kusari republic, even if a large part of it is controlled by Samura, the Keiretsu that granted your company the privilege to operate in Takasaki dust field.

That said, rest assured Kusari Naval Forces do not intend to ruin your operations by displaying more military presence than necessary.

I do understand your delicate position on this matter.
After all, Kusari Naval Forces had their share of Secondary fleet captains violating their orders by operating in foreign houses.

The standard policy we follow when a foreign navy vessel is spotted in Kusari is to escort it to the closest border of the house it belongs to.
Only when they fail to comply to this measure are our pilots authorized to open fire.

we do of course accept and support the sovereign rights of Kusari in Nagano and we know about the generous move from Samura to let us operate a facility in Nagano, yet the Mackinac takes over the flight control for the perimeter surrounding her. Maybe I'm mistaken here but from my understanding that includes some certain rights in this space, hai?

I've got to admit that the words of my executive officer weren't the best when he dealt with the Liberty carrier and might have led to a certain misunderstanding. If that caused any trouble I will take full responsibility for this.
