Mars have two moons and none of them are called "Charos"
It is Pluton's moon...

And Lennox it didn't blow up completely, it was reduced to a radiation spamming smaller sun xD

honestly played this game since its release and i never quite realised the magnitude of this find its actually pretty awsome you noticed this and highly interesting since the destroyed sol thing isnt vanilla canon and was cut out.
Seems DA forgot to take out other aspects of said solar destruction along with the 'full intro'
