The planets are Pluto + one of it's moons, Charon, which were the only surviving stellar bodies after the Nomad attack.
The sun is obviously Sol after being struck by the nomad superweapon.

honestly played this game since its release and i never quite realised the magnitude of this find its actually pretty awsome you noticed this and highly interesting since the destroyed sol thing isnt vanilla canon and was cut out.

Seems DA forgot to take out other aspects of said solar destruction along with the 'full intro'
