I was pleased with the speed with which Bowex fulfilled our last contract.

We have recently run into some ....... difficulties. I was wondering if Bowex would be interested in a long term supply contract running goods to Omicron Delta? You have shown you are more than capable of fulfilling our requirements. I am hopeful we can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.

I apologize for Mr Petersons apparent tardiness, but he is on assignment and out of radio communication.

I understand that you wish to enter into a contract to supply your station(s) in Omicron Delta.

Whilst this is an interesting proposition, it is a long and hazardous journey for our ships to make on a regular basis and it probably will not take Hessian Pirates and the like, too long to work out that we are making regular supply runs, therefore the prices will have to be renegociated and agreed on before any of our ships set out for the Omicrons.

In the last contact that Mr Peterson arranged, I believe it was for 20,000 units of Industrial Materials at 3,000 credits per unit. However you have not indicated what you want supplying now, is it for Industrial Materials again?

If you could supply my office with a list of commodities you require I will have Mr Peterson or one of his staff, draw up a supply plan and price for you a.s.a.p.

We can arrange transport for anything from Alloys to Xenobiotics Filters; Bowex are capable of shipping just about anything to anywhere in Sirius (except to Gallia and Kusari of course).

Thank you for getting back me. We are aware of the difficulties in negotiating passage through to Omicron Delta. We are also aware the Bowex are one of the few companies capable of such an undertaking. This is the very reason we have contacted yourselves. When progress must be made, the costs must be met, whatever the sacrifices that may incur.

Our requirements now are much more complex. We need monthly deliveries of the following goods, in the quantities detailed, for a period of six months.

That, I believe, is a total of 50,000 units of goods. Are Bowex in a position to fulfil our requirements? We will happily allow you to deliver part of the goods and source the rest from other companies, but would like to offer you the opportunity of a monopoly, as it were. We have a long standing history of cooperation between our organisations. This should continue.

Please advise me of what Bowex will be able to deliver, and the costs that this will incur upon the Guild Core. Be aware that escort services will of course be available for convoys. Our arsenal is quite extensive, and certainly able to cause most unsavoury organisations to balk at a direct confrontation.

Thank you for replying so quickly with the list of items you require. That is quite a list, it will take a little time to get all the prices sorted, but I will have one of our staff get back to you post haste with our requested prices.

Also thank you for your offer of escort services for our convoys, these will be most appreciated when we enter the Omicrons especially.

I have been discussing with the board the possibility of perhaps purchasing 2 Bottlenose Gunships from your shipyards for convoy escort duty on our routes through other Sirius houses.

I would be happy to have our prices for shipment of your commodities adjusted in lieu of payment for the ships, should you agree to us acquiring these vessels. Perhaps we can come to some arrangement for training of some of our ExSec pilots to fly them too?

I think it would be mutually beneficial to us to have the use of your Gun Ships, we could then safely continue the supply of your bases whilst not diverting your pilots from other duties. Of course I understand if you would still prefer to send a ship to meet us at the borders of Rheinland space for safe passage.

Please find attached a list of proposed prices for the Supply Contract of BHG base in Omicron Delta.

We may have trouble sourcing your requirement for Plastics; would you be interested in Hydrocarbons from Birmingham Station in Manchester or Polymers from Douglas Station?

I also need to point out that the prices are subject to change; because of Market fluctuations. We will however, give 28 days notice of charge and you will have the option to end the contract if you ar not happy with the proposed price changes.

We are delighted to receive your proposal for the supply contract to Dabadoru. In truth, we are somewhat surprised at the figures you have quoted. They seem somewhat ........ well, low. I would just like to confirm that the tatol charge is around the 42 million credit mark.

As for the Plastics, we are aware of where they need to be sourced from, and the associated difficulties Bowex faces. We will be able to source these separately. They can be removed from the list.

A decision on the Bottlenoses has been made, after lengthy discussions with Guildmasters DeVirgo and Jack. Considering the service you will be doing for the Guild, we have decided to allow you the use of two Bottlenoses, for an indefinite period, free of charge. There are some provisos, however. These vessels will be maintained only by qualified Guild engineers. They will only mount BHG or generic weapons technology. Also, should Bowex fail to deliver the required goods in full, each month, we reserve the right to recall the Bottlenoses.
