I am requesting of the Kusari government passage for [TAZ]Med.Force.Two to transit Kusari space via trade lanes as it makes a trip to the Sigmas and Omicron Theta for some medical work. I'm not sure as to when it will return to the Taus where I normally keep it.

Crew: About 100, mostly medical staff.
Cargo: Medical. I do keep organs for transplant as well as medical marijuana on board.

Due to our good stance with TAZ we can allow you passage through Kusari,
but on some terms that we used with [TAZ]Danais and those terms depends from your weaponry.
And since its famous Medforce ship, we will lower taxes for you.

If you have no weapons, you will have to pay 25mil fee and you will get unlimited rights for passage.

If you have any weapons, you will have to pay 50mil fee and would obey to such terms:

This ship will be able to access Kusari Core Space only under the escort and acknowledgment of [KNF], [KSP] or entitled vessels present on the scene.
If no one is available, the access is automatically denied and will be considered an infraction of the Kusari Legal Codex.
This ship will be only able to dock with planets and shipyards for refit and refuel, any other station is off limits. During docking procedures all ship weapon systems must be disabled.

If you agree to this, transfer credits to [KNF]Heikiko.Maru

It bothers me a bit that a humanitarian ship of medical nature that has never charged a credit for any of it's services would have to pay tax to pass BUT I will agree to it. I'd very much like to not have to put a singe turret on it but there are a few pirates that seem to enjoy attacking just the same.

Commander Coyle has her orders. She has no intention of docking along the way and her final destination will be Sigma 17. As to when she will return, I don't know. I will keep you posted. I will transfer the $50 million credits to the account mentioned.

You might be right, or might be wrong about humanitarian ship, but unfortunatelly experience only shows, that noone can be trusted,
even your people from TAZ, as it was shown in incident with Freeport XXI.
After some discussion in HC, we decided to lift off movement restrictions,
your ship will be able to transit freely over Kusari as long as it don't stop for too long near planets.

I am Sarah Coyle, commanding officer of [TAZ]Med.Force.Two. Since all is good, you will be speaking with me. My travel plan will carry me through Kyushu, New Tokyo and then Honshu. With our newer fusion drive system, a fuel stop shouldn't be necessary. I don't want to stir up any unwanted attention or disrupt any traffic.

I am currently holding position in Tau 29. I awaited any KNF presence last night but found no one about. Is escort mandatory or are we clear to proceed? I await your response.
