Taweret here...
I'll start by reiterating the events that happened a few days ago in Alaska, for Mr Enrico's benefit.
An order strike group led by myself consisting of the Battleship Kheops captained by Aaron Taggart,
myself, Trainees Yuri Jensen and Commen Oiseau and the Neith captained by Mr. Ravenov. Was a
fairly standard run until Yuri reported a nomad sighting in New York, which soon chased us to
Alaska. Now this is where it gets interesting.
It was a Nomad battleship of immense proportions, marginally smaller than the largest
recorded Marduk mindnode "Harbinger". The nomad designated itself as "Aurora". The first
thing we all noticed was the relative ease of communication with the nomad, almost
conversationally so. I decided to listen to what it had to say, which proved profitable.
a theory on this, however...
It's entirely possible that this Nomad may be putting up a front to involve itself with Liberty's forces,
where conventional methods of subversion have not succeeded as they have in Kusari. Judging
from what I've heard, if that's the plan...it's going fairly well. There has never been a Rogue Nomad
to our knowledge, so this is a first and hard to believe.
Conventional thinking would suggest that we attempt to take Aurora out and nip this in the bud, no
risks taken. However, there is little chance that the nomad is working alone, so we'd not achieve
a lot, and in the process earn the hostility of the Navy again.
What I'm suggesting is a little different... We could appear to play along, but keep our guard up in
doing so. That way, we'll be in a fairly good position to counter any nomad moves in Liberty and
attempt to preserve it from nomad plans. I'll attend this meeting, and see what they have in mind.
I'll repeat the necessity of remaining cautious. If this "Aurora" is playing the Liberty Navy false,
we need to be in a position to counter it when it finally reveals it's true colors. But if, the nomad
is actually truthful...then we'll have to reconsider.
Taweret out.

- "Aurora" claims that it is an ancient mindnode who's currently in a direct rebellion against
Harbinger.
- It stated that Harbinger was the predominant node in the Mindshare at this time, twisting it
to fit it's needs.
- "Aurora" was awakened after the use of the nomad planetdestroyer on Toledo, which
it stated was a device to seed worlds with Cardamine.
- "Aurora" currently claims it has been keeping harbinger at bay from the house of Liberty,
and has established some sort of working relationship with Admiral David Hale.
- Responding to a distress signal sent out, Navy personnel "Rachel Baker" and
"Roy sanders", and a LSF agent "Norman O'Connor" showed up on the scene.
- Rachel Baker, an Admiral knows of Aurora as well. They seem to trust the Nomad
after a fashion.
- At this point we were joined by Admiral Golanski and Agent "Balor".
- "Balor" confirms that "Aurora" was infact the nomad that engaged Harbinger in
battle as stated in his report.
- "Aurora" has stated that it is working with the LN Admirality to attempt to counter
Harbinger's war plans.
- I proposed a high-level meeting to further clarify our plans and sort out existing issues,
which was agreed to by the Nomad, LSF and LN personnel.
