I will check into this incident as I dont believe any of our pilots would do such a claim. You space is not ours.. as IC we have no true space to cliam not even Okinawa is ours... that is GMG space. we have always been alowed to use house spaces.

So my fist thing is to appologize if such happened to the Kusari goverment and her allies. I do know that EFL has not been kind to our shipping group as we made initial arrangement with them that they failed to honor. but that is not yoru problom here.

by chance do we have comms recorded of the ship - ship type and conversation so I may take appropriate action?

I am appauled at the Tradewinds actions within Kusari boarders. I will make sure this never happens agian. The captian of the Tradewinds will be discipplined. You have my word on that Gentlemen. Is there any fines on IC from the KSP??? I will make sure they come out of the Pilots salary.

As for IC stance.. We sincerly appologies to your allies and are hoping oneday to become allies with EFL ourselves. I am sure arrangements on this can one day be reached.

EFL Oil & Machinery applauds the law enforcers of Kusari for tending to the situation presented before them in a timely, professional manner. The emotional trauma caused by Liberty's Interspace Commerce unto our employees cannot simply be erased from their memory. Its leadership claims, there was no knowledge its most destructive asset, built by House Liberty's navy, sought to violate law with the intent to end lives in Kusari sovereign territory. I find to be a very bold statement. Greetings Gentlemen of the EFL,

I understand your Ire at our Pilot for the insults he did. I assure you several things, first and formost that he has been fined but US and will be on a Rheinland relations detail until he has learned that we do not fire upon house allies.

Secondly I will repeat what our CEO has stated to yours, that we are not a Liberty corperation. We are an Independant Corperation not of any one house. We Honor and work with all houses, within their laws and we respect their authority. our current base of operation is within Okinawa - GMG owned and run. We also have stations within all 4 other houses, other then Gallia. As you may be aware.

We do have a few Liberty ships and many Kusari designed ships as well. We even have the noble Storks of Rhienland that we use. We claim to be of no one house and our personel comes for all over. Our financial operations are widly know for all the houses and goverments.

Were you get an ideal that we are a Libertonian Corperation, I do not know. we take no sides in any war. Once agian we support all laws in each of the house spaces and do not condone smuggling within houses that we are in.

With that said, you agian have my corperations appologies for what befell your ships and pilots. the pilot Jason forgot his place when dealing with your ships.
