Greetings to all honourable citizens of Kusari! This is not any advertisement, this is serious information that we feel you have to know! Let us tell you a story. A story about parts of your battleship which was destroyed lot of years ago but remained in your house space. Story about that these parts of your battleship were then stolen and recently assembled again together and used in a war. But not by your Naval Forces. Not even by any Kusarians. Do you want to know more about how proud Kusarian nation was robbed about pieces of its finest technology?

The truth is that Rheinland Military use this battleship repeteadly in war against Liberty! Without permission or even without prior notice of your Navy or your government. Because they say that this ship is now theirs! Do you think it is? We don´t...

High Command of KNF already knows about this. Liberty complained to them. But they apparently concealed this information. And we think you have right to know it. But we assume you want evidence of course. There it is! Decide yourself what you see.

We get first information that this is happening from this strange transmission which was broadcasted openly in New Berlin system more than two weeks ago. You can see record of it. Captain of this ship, called "Project Dragon" is talking here about attempt of Rheinland Military to stop ship and arrest him which ended by attempt to destroy the ship.

In two other records which are in it, you can see how how he got order to return ship to you, but he claims that this ship now belong to Rheinland Military and SHOULD be use in war against Liberty. He even speak about COPYING OF YOUR technology in mass numbers in future! And in second record, you can see that he told the same to KNF officer and also threatened him.

From these three records, which were from unknown reason broadcasted openly, the whole situation seems that some rogue mad member of Rheinland Military created something without permission and awareness of Rheinland Military High Command and now act against its will. They tried to catch and stop him from making really big problem. But they failed. It happens sometimes. Who can blame them for that, right? He escaped and is now fugitive...

Honourable citizens of Kusari, this is not true! All of this is just a masquerade! To hide truth from you but also from citizens of Rheinland, who of course don´t think that this is right. Few days after this transmission, we heard story about battle which took place in Texas from our friend. He gave us also images. Now we will give them to you.

In this battle, whole battlegroup of Rheinland Military is cooperating very well with this "fugitive" and also protecting this ship when is in danger. You can see these images in data attachment of this message. Make opinion yourself what you see. We even contacted Rheinland Military and asked what the hell this mean. They didn´t say a word of explanation... And moreover, what we heard from our well informed source, this continues. Your ship was used in more battles against Liberty and every time it was cooperating with rest of Rheinland battlegroup very well. No attempt to stop it was made.

We decided to sent this transmission openly, to all of you. High Command of your Navy or even your government concealed this information once, so we believe they would have done it again. But you have right to know that they don´t do anything with it. Now it is up to you to ask them why. They are your government and your Navy, or not?

Ask them why they let Rheinland Military use technology stolen from you and your house space without any answer or action. Why they risk damaging of your diplomatic relations with Liberty. Or why they let member of Rheinland Military threaten your officer. Because if your governemnt is incapable to solve issue like this, has it right to lead proud Kusari nation? Maybe it is time to change... Think about it!

These open transmissions are very useful, even if they seem to hit the spam filter sometimes.

Now, I haven't been a Kusari citizen for that long, but it seems disconcerting if the KNF is allowing this to happen. This new government is very young and this does not necessarily bode well for its future. I would much rather see my government ensuring others weren't taking advantage of it.

Perhaps there is more to all of this though? I look forward to the official government response to calm my fears.

Sometimes the various messages that get sent through the Sirian Public Broadcast center are less then worthless. I would go so far as to say that were the power expended on that system used instead for atmospheric condensors on New Tokyo, it would be more effectively spent. But in rare occasions, a message of worth passes through that flood of obsolidity. It was so today.

While a Libertonian generally only cries when he finds there is a hole where his cred-chip used to be - or when he wants to place a hole where your credchips are - this time however, it was a complaint about our fleet getting involved in their bickering with Rheinland. Far be it from this writer to put much stock in either Liberty or Rheinland's propaganda, yet the evidence given seems solid. One of our mighty warships, under the sickly green banner. Sickly in more then one way, if the state of their economy is such that they need to scavenge for new hulls to supplement their fleet.

Is this what Rheinland has become? Scavengers of Sirius, who need to piece their fleet together from the graves of those soldiers who were not even of their own house? The image does not show which of our mighty vessels it was. Most likely, it was one of those lost in the fighting in Seto, or the icefields north of it. One wonders if these scavengers even stopped to pay their respects to those whose lives were lost when the ship still bore it's rightful red banner. Or did they simply toss them out of the airlock, their interest solely in the cold metal which they could not afford themselves?

Under Emperor Kogen this would never have been tolerated, this much I can say for certain. Will this new government not honor the spirits of those men and women who gave their lives in service of Kusari? And DEMAND of Rheinland to put an end to this fallacy, and return to us what is rightfully ours! Let this be a test of the integrity of those who are now ruling over our house, and ways. These times see many changes, but I pray, that Honor will never leave the spirit of Kusari.
