I have seen you in space, and i must say i am impressed.
I have spoken to your Vice Admiral Shock, and i hope he gets this message.
I am Vice Admiral Joseph Wolf, and i am the second in command of the 41st Naval Task Force, and i must say the high command wanted to get in touch with you, so here i am.
I open this transmission so that we may make relations with each other and begin working together as an effective unit. Too many times have i seen rhienland raids where we have been led, head on, to our deaths with waiting Rhienland Battleships. It is time for that to change, so i come to you gentelmen.
I eagerly await your reply and hope to see your officers in space, figthing by my side.

.:::I do agree that our men and women are push into battle by commanders of other fleets without a plan of attack or the ability to defend itself from cloak ships and overwhelming forces:::It is high time that we consider the thought of our two fleets becoming one great and strong fighting unit:::

:::I have talk it over with my Fleet Admiral Custer:::And he has agree to open relations with the 41st Naval Task Force.:::What I suggest is that we meet at a secret location to iron out details of our combine forces.:::This agreement to work together will balance the war to our favor if it is planned the right way.:::

Now then, down to business.
I am glad to hear that your efforts have been aimed at taking the fight to our enemies and getting yourselves mobile, means i can see you as being more dependable... I like that, and im not an easy man to please. A meeting place of secure location is a good idea. We will meet in space and discuss it in a "grouped" comms channel.
As fro your idea of War Games, this is good. It serves both our forces in training, and we can teach our own for command, when they reach a higher rank that is.
When we meet in space we can iron out the finer details and come to a conclusion that suits us both. The discussion will be between us, but any of our forces are welcome to come for "escort" duty. I think i have covered all i need to there, so,
