It's been a while Mr. Doe, I hope you are doing well.

I bet that you're suprised tohear from me again ever since Tenneco's destruction, a sad incident that proves that operations in Humboldt are dangerous without the necessary measures.

We have observed a large number of ships under the primary division of DSE as well as private contractors in Humboldt conducting mining operations lately. I'm glad that your corporation is not giving up on expanding it's influence in these parts and we'd like to reach out our hand to help you in your endeavor. We are willing to reinforce our patrols in Humboldt with more firepower by deploying Inquisitor-class gunboats to keep away those who seek to harm your people. We will also provide escort services in the systems Humboldt, Kansas and Magellan if you require.

However in order to do this we need funding. A 3% of the profits out of silver and copper ore from the fields in Humboldt will be enough to make this happen. I understand that if Liberty were to find out about this there would be repercussions but rest assure the transmission has only reached you.

    While we are trying to continue operations in Humboldt, we have been forced to pull most of our staff out of the system as our ships continued to be hit after Tenneco was destroyed. Unfortunately, our security fleet is not as it once was, and as usual the Military and the police are.... less then helpful.

    Your offer has caught my attention, and it is something I have been thinking over for a few days now. If I understand correctly - for 3% of our profits in Humboldt, you will increase patrols in Humboldt, Kansas and Magellan?

Greetings Mrs. Doe, I'm glad you managed to reply.

I understand the hardships your people have to go through in Humboldt and it is why we are willing to provide safer working conditions.

For 3% of your profit out of Humboldt, we will increase the number and strength of patrols in Humboldt and assign a wing on escort duty at your disposal through Kansas and Magellan untill they reach House space. Of course, the escorts we will assign will be some of our finest men and women due to the nature of the task.
