You probably did not expect a message from an Outcast, an outsider of outsiders so to speak, and I am a bit surprised that certain events have led me to contact you now. There are rumours flowing regarding your organization's objectives, and I would like some clarification from the Xeno Alliance. Just a quick talk, or parley if you will.
