Of course, forgive me my manners.

My name is Timothy Hawk. Till recently I served in Liberty Navy, but because of some misunderstandings I had to leave. Now I require new place where I would be able to repair ship I am commanding. It is liberty dreadnought named "Colossus".

I assume part of the misunderstandings are the reason you are still in command of your dreadnought...
The Republic does not take in just any fugitives we find, a little more information would be most helpful. Are there not others who could take you in?

This "misunderstanding" was based on distrust. They suspected me to be infected, even though I wasn't. My words weren't enough for them, they wanted to examine it closely. I wouldn't allow that, even if they'd try. But they haven't even started. I have waited long enough, but nothing happen. They started some movement only when I captured the ship and decided to leave, but my patience is not eternal.

*clears his throat*

Hopefully my words won't cause such distrust to you. If you suspect me being infested too, I can assure you that I won't step on your bases, all required is repair of outside damage, if such will be ever caused.

*he opens eyes and crossing hands on his chest*

As for your last question. House of Bretonia is not an option considering their alliance with Liberty... Criminal groups aren't as well, since I don't have any intentions to fight against the Republic. My current business could bring me back in the Liberty space. So I require place, where my vessel can fix damage and move on, not far from there. Your shipyard in Coronado suits perfectly under that description, that's why I contact you.

What exactly are your plans then? We are not looking to take in aimless fugitives on a long-term basis.

If your ship is currently in dire need of repair, a couple of our pilots in the 15th squadron can escort you to Yuma's orbit. We have had... others confined to their ship while it is repaired, our engineers can manage from the outside.

If not though, I would prefer you not bringing unwanted eyes to our home. A transport can provide you with fuel and basic supplies to keep you 'afloat', unless you have another source for these necessities.

My plans should not bother you. Only thing I can say, that they include annihilation of your enemies, Outcasts.

And, of course, ship can repair in open space, however to fix very heavy damage it will require shipyard. For that I am contacting you. Currently "Colossus" do not require repairs and unless it changes vessel will stay away from your bases to avoid unneeded attention for you...

There is not much I am able to offer in exchange. Only obvious thing that I can offer is assistance. "Colossus" is one of the best vessels in Liberty Navy. Though my business don't move myself to Tau systems, in case if you require one more heavy vessel for your operations, I shall assist.

When in dire need, the Colossus will find a place to repair at Sabah. Otherwise, it would be appreciated if you could keep your distance to avoid repercussions with Liberty and others who would not appreciate our assisting you. If your operations put you into contact with these groups, your discretion on this matter would also be required.

If either of us is under attack by our mutual enemies, assistance can be provided if readily available. At a point in the future where you can extend your range to the Taus, perhaps a more involved arrangement can be considered.

Mr. Hawk,

Perhaps I could have brought this up calmly, but I do not feel this necessary given the circumstances. What the hell makes you think you can abuse access to Sabah to launch strikes against our allies in Bretonia, alongside a fleet of machines no less?! I have received information of your incursion into Newcastle, and upon closer inspection of the repair logs, the damage to your vessel was confirmed as caused by Bretonian weaponry instead of Maltese as first assumed.

It is a good thing you are currently out in space, for our shipyard is now closed to you. Trusting you was a mistake, I realise now. Be glad I do not alert Liberty to your presence, but I may very well send them the remains if I find you outside the Barrier cloud in future.
