Konnichiwa and hey there, it’s a refreshing change getting to speak to a new face. I don’t get the opportunity to socialise with many outside the Sisterhood see, er, not that this is really a social call though. Oh how rude of me, I forgot to introduce myself! I’m Hojo Masako, Atotori of the New Sisterhood of the Golden Chrysanthemums.

I guess you must be puzzled with why I’m contacting you, am I right? Well you see the thing is I’m currently in the need of some equipment, specifically I need to get my hands on a Docking Module, which will be compatible with my ship. We only need one of them mind you and I’ve been looking into where we might be able to purchase such a device. After receiving a few pointers I was informed of your company and that you might have the facilities necessary to manufacture these.

So I’m hereby enquiring over whether you’ll be able to complete an order for a single Docking Module as well as what we can expect this to cost.

Our organisation hasn’t had much contact with Bowex in the past however I’m sure such barriers are easily overcome if both sides are willing. You may or may not be aware that we have been granted permission to import and export goods to Bretonia through the Tau’s, additionally we are licenced to carry restricted goods within the Bretonia Kingdom. Why do I mention this? Well I feel it’s relevant because it shows that we operate with a level of trust from the Bretonian Government, I hope our responsibility reassures you that we are an organisation you yourselves can trust to negotiate dealings with.

I do hope that you can agree to build it for us, this piece of equipment will be of great use in our struggle against the leaders of the oppressive Kusari Empire. An issue I’m sure you understand to be of the utmost importance.

Sorry if I caused any of your staff a headache there's a lot of new feeds coming in from all these Bretonia stations that'd I'm not familiar with. So identifying which one was the appropriate channel to send my request to was somewhat difficult. However I continue to learn more about your space with each visit.

I'm very pleased that you can fulfill my request and I agree to the proposed sum of payment. If you'd rather I reapplied to the channel you sent to me for upkeep of your records etc I'd be happy to do so. If however continuing communication for this purchase on this frequency is fine then let's get to discussing the specifics.

I have already sent the cash to the account sited in the other channel, you'll find the transaction details here. Also I wish to know how the best possible way to arrange the pickup of the device, once you've finished it's construction, is. We don't have docking rights at King's Cross Station and I think your ships delivering it to a destination in Kusari would be innapropriate. Perhaps the easiest way is for me to come to Bretonia at a designated time and meet with your representatives, who'll oversee it's transfer to my hull in space?

That's fantastic news, I'm very excited to hear that. What I'll do is make my way down to Bretonia now. If none of your staff are about to assist with the fitting of the module then and I'll dock my ship at Planet New London until such a time that it is convienient. And you'll be wanting to know that the callsign of my ship is [GC]-Hydrangea, she's a beauty you'll have a hard time missing her.
