We've been exploitin' and extortin' your citizens for a small while completely unchecked.. The Bounty Hunters are givin' us some trouble, but it's sad that I don't get to see the Navy protectin' its citizens.

That and some Diana sometime or another Bounty Hunter met her untimely demise.
