Greetings from the Colonial Republic,

I am Liam Anders, Minister of Agriculture for the Republic and in charge of operations on Yuma. We Colonials have not had contact with the Coalition since the business concerning the Sevastopol Division return, albeit without all of their ships. This is no comment on our intentions, which are still friendly you can assure yourselves.

I've been handed a report from Flight Officer Marcus Wilgrin which included your interest in the docking ring left behind by the DSE liner Armstrong. While the efficiency of our atmospheric shuttles and fighters has left the missing software requirements as a low priority, the physical structure of the ring is complete and available for a team of yours to examine. We have plenty of space on Sabah, and perhaps you could take a shuttle down to the planet while you are there?

Speaking of these shuttles, you may find them of use until such a time that you get your own docking ring.

Regards,
Liam Anders

VOLGOGRAD INDUSTRIAL

Salutations!

I am pleased that you have taken the time to speak with Volgograd Industrial, it is unfortunate that the Colonial Republic and the People's Republic of the Coalition have not had much contact as of late, however this is something we in Volgograd Industrial wish to change for the better.

Our Orbital Engineering Division actually breathed a sigh of relief when they heard the Revolutionary Army passed along our message, the OED were charged with carrying out an ambitious project that would facilitate trade between the Coalition, it's allies and those of a neutral disposition to the People's Republic, with this project of an Orbital Docking Ring it is our hope that large amounts of cargo will be shipped to and from Planet Volgograd instead of the small shipments of cargo from our own Atmospheric Shuttles. While we are able to gather the materials required for such an endeavor, the technical expertise in this field is somewhat lacking due to Ageria's and DSE's greedy nature of keeping the secrets of their construction to themselves. Even a look at a Docking Ring without it's software would prove invaluable to our efforts as it would give our engineers and computer technicians a basis to work upon.

A team has been put together to travel to Coronado onboard the pride of the Coalition's Destroyer Flotilla, the CPW Lithuania under the command of General Ben Warner who was recently brought out of retirement for specific command of the Lithuania, his XO, Nikita Tabakov, whom your officer first spoke to will be acompanying him to ensure the security of the Engineers.

Also we will be bringing a shipment of Coalition Vodka for your Fighter Corps' drinking pleasure, Coalition Vodka is a thousand times better than that cheap knock-off that's been produced by lesser hands outside of Omega-52. Also a Botanist has requested permission to join this expedition, Her research into the mutated plant-life of JiangXi's wastelands since it's bombing by the Phantom Empire, who have not been sighted for a very long time now, has allowed leaps and bounds into the JiangXi Reconstruction efforts, Dr Elizabeth Wayland's presence is a seperate matter from the matter of the Docking Ring, however she has heard rumours of Planet Yuma's plant-life and when she heard of an expedition headed to Coronado she had immediately put in a request to be added to the Expedition List.

Should the Colonial Republic require some other supplies from the Sirius Coalition the Lithuania will bring it as well as a good faith payment to the Republic for it's generosity in allowing the Expedition to be it's guests.

Chairman Rykov,

We are quite willing to receive your expedition and its team. If you would be willing to share the intended route of the Lithuania, we will likely be able to send an escort or two to see it through safely on its journey. They may look at the ring's structure, although of course not its operation (having none).

At such a time as we do complete the ring, you may inspect it once again. In the meantime, as I mentioned, our Celestra shuttles may be of interest to you to replace your own with.

I also look forward to meeting Doctor Wayland, her expertise should be of immense help in my operations down on the surface.

From my knowledge, there isn't anything else the Coalition produces that we are in need of. The Hell's Angels squadron based around Coronado will particularly enjoy your shipment of Vodka, and perhaps they can organise something with your own crew once it arrives.

Regards,
Liam Anders

VOLGOGRAD INDUSTRIAL

Salutations!

Minister Anders, I apologize that it took this long to respond as I was busy making the final arrangements to the manifest to the expedition crew, let's just say when I took a visit to the department there was quite the group clamoring to be included in this exciting project, it took me quite some time to calm them down and assign them projects to keep them busy while I finished the manifest.

The Lithuania's route should not be discussed, we will require the use of S.K.Y.P.E. Secured Transmission, General Warner is unfortunately over-vigilant concerning security, mostly from his time from Premier Katz's time and the numerous assassination attempts made on the life of himself and the Premier by Counter-Revolutionary forces.

The Volgograd Industrial Engineering Corps appreciates the chance to examine even a non-functional Docking Ring and even now is attempting to create soft-ware for installation in our own Docking Ring, scans of the structure itself will provide us valuable data on a suitable size, orbital position and the mechanics of the facility. As for Celestra Shuttles, I will bring this up with the Revolutionary Army and we will determine if our shuttles require replacing at this point in time and should we find them insufficient you can be sure that we will be giving Sabah Shipyards a call to negotiate the procurement of several shuttles.

On another note, Doctor Wayland will be bringing samples of JiangXi plant-life to compare with the plant-life of Yuma to determine the growth-rate in comparison with the mutated fauna and flora (which experienced an increase in size in the sub-sequent generations after the infamous strato-bombing as well as an increase in growth rate.). She has sent a query if Sabah Shipyard has a Quarantine Lab to conduct studies alongside your own Botanists, I apologize however she has been pestering my office nearly non-stop with questions.

And finally, we shall be sure to bring a months supply of Coalition Vodka for your pilots to enjoy, be sure to warn them that Coalition Vodka has a strong kick for the unprepared. I don't speak for the crew of the Lithuania, but I'm obligated to pass along a challenge from our engineers that they can and I quote 'Drink your fighter jocks underneath the table any day at any time.'.

We shall contact you via S.K.Y.P.E. with the Lithuania's route and time.

Chairman Rykov
