Gut. Those terms are acceptable. As far as i know Rheinland police is not authorised to enter system by Rheinland law codex according to article 5 paragraph 2 and 2.1 . However we will grant RFP| immidiatelly temporary clearance to dock during our bussines conclude , just inform Rheinland military about police patrols, that We zoners somehow dont get blamed for some bureocratic fruitflies. We will dispatch if we can spare some patrol to protect Your convoy.
I personally doubt Hessians or anyone else will bother us , as i got some impression that they are satisfied with OSI issue, so they will not risk disturbing other zoners nor their conducts.
