For me a lot has changed recently. I've quit the service at the Rheinwehr, and been freelancing since quite a while now. Couldn't say that I don'r miss the time in the military, but things change.

As for "friends"? Perhaps. I do not know if it is at all common for friends to trade cannon-fire within asteroid fields or in orbit of Neu Berlin; but I am willing to put that beside for now.

Hah! I must admit - I've been a naive girl back then. However, life had hardened my nature by now. And yes, I've got a part-time job as waitress at Darmstadt. Heh, you probably wouldn't have noticed me, since I've changed my haircut a several times.
Anyways, of course this ain't a trap - after all I've choosed Darmstadt as meeting point for a reason. I'd like to stay incognito after all. People might react sensitive on my background, but who am I telling that.
Oh you, all I did 'trade' with your kind been drunken bets and laughters. Trust me when I'm telling you, that I've never risked a civilian's life. I often had to disobey orders, when I was told to kill political extremists. And that's one of the reasons I was dismissed.
