Bonjour,
you may wonder why you were copied into a previous communication regarding Zoner capital vessels in Gallic space.
The reason is that they were accompanied by a Kusari Train, apparently with Samura papers.
We have previously had no problem with Samura and that holds great sway in our relations, we would however be pleased if you could investigate the presence of this train, marked Sumarian who was in the words of the Zoner vessel, "with us in survey ".
