As we entered Omicron-Theta from Sigma-17, we caught you on scanners.
As usual we as Zoners try to remain neutral, however it became evident that we were somehow linked as allies which is further from the truth.
We greeted you as we would any other traveler but it seems some rogue elements seem to think we were in league with an Outcast.
Let me make this clear we will not defend or assist you in anyway should you enter the Corsair region of influence, however as always our freeports are open to all, as neutral ground for all.
We realise you wished to talk to us in a closed comms but we are happy to discuss with all in open system comms. We have nothing to hide from friend or foe as such we rejected your invitation as recorded on our data recorders.
