Greetings Task Force 141, Dr. Roland Thomas here.

I'm contacting you as I've had a rather...interesting encounter. One Katherine Pennybrooke, ship ID RV-Pennybrooke was sighted in the Delta system within half a klick of a Marduk class. Conversing with it. Just having a conversation. Debating human philosophy. I was half stunned. The November kept its distance so as to better observe. You'll find excerpts of the conversation below. The November chose not to engage in the interest of further observation.

The logs have been run through a filter to fix ambiguous sentences as well as clean out interference

Her speech patterns make it seem as though she herself is not infected, but she does possess a worrying array of knowledge on the subject of Nomads. From the destruction of Toledo to, according to her, personal contact with the Tundra. From their telepathy to insights into their behavior. Possibly gleaned from her contact with larger Nomad vessels. After our long conversation, she suddenly drifted off into space. No comms. The November followed her drifting (at a pace of 20m/s) for roughly 20k before breaking off to resume patrol.

If she wasn't destroyed in the depths of the Kiribati Field, I recommend keeping her under surveillance.

However, the information you have told us about that vessel are insignificant. The Task Force would require information regarding it's identification, affiliation, and the type of ship it was exactly.

That being said, I shall suggest you to send carbon copy this transmission to the members of the Primary Order Division as well. Their assets will provide us a better insight into these matters.

Report should had been sent to Overwatch in the first place, 141 does have their own representative within.

Anyway as corrections has been made, I have looked through your evidence. I am not specially surprised seeing yet another Nomad hugger / self proclaimed smartass "scientist" on our backyard and such insults to The Order as a whole will be punished sooner or later.

For now, carry on with your surveillance. Should you encounter anything relevant, report it. If extend of Nomad influence be minimal to none as expected, I do not foresee much complications when evicting this individual to a safe distance. If non-lethal methods prove to be inefficient, funeral service at Cambridge can be arranged any time.
