Allow me to introduce myself, I am Joseph Garcia of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. While operating in Liberty, one of our units received this transmission indicating your desire to rise against Liberty.
The SCRA wishes to support you in your revolt against Liberty and its corporate masters. Before we can do that however, we need to know certain things to see how compatible your organization is to ours.

- Who are you rising against?
- What are your goals?
- How will you accomplish those goals?
