I'd like to point out that banning proxy servers doesn't help because the server still receives all of the requests even if it doesn't respond to any of them. It's why DDoS attacks are so effective.
I'm curious if he actually took out Prague, though... if he did, he's going to spend a looooooooooooooooong time in jail.

Disco is the only online game mod I've ever played, it saddens me to think that someone hates this community that much they'd go to such extremes.
There are ways to effectively block them, but I've no idea of the costs involved, even a new server / host may not work without such protection.

All I hope is that we can work around the problem, unfortunately my RL financial status is very limited.
All I can do is leave it the hands of the Admins to take whatever steps are needed.
