Admin Notice: Server hosting and denial of service attack

Over the last day or so this server and other discovery servers have been attacked by a fairly significant denial of service flood. The attacker has contacted a number of members via AIM to inform them that his goal is to destroy this community. We believe this is the "stack proxies like women" guy.

For almost three years Majkp has hosted the server for free but unfortunately as a result of the attacks Majkp has had to shut down the server. We are now looking for a new host.

If you think you can help then contact me. The host we're looking for needs to have around 2 mbit/sec up/down continuously. We may have to fund this by donations and although we have a fair bit of money in the "bank" at the moment we unfortunately may need to ask for more on a regular basis.

We expect the server to be down for sometime. We will keep you informed.
