Call my knowledge of an extraction a matter of logical deduction, given the options Battlegroup Harmony and the LSF currently have, it isn't the wildest of 'guesses' to assume they will need to flee, lest they desire to eventually be overwhelmed by Naval Forces. We're both men of elevated intelligence, something would indeed be wrong if I weren't able to draw and formulate logical assumptions like the one you just confirmed.

Faced with a lack of good options, I'm forced to trust your methods, there is however, only so much I can help with in this situation. Your primary concern will be the Dreadnought 'Salem' don't bother trying to assault it electronically, you'll only waste your time. What you're going up against is the Navy's response to the death of one of its own, as such, I don't believe you'll have this break out easy.
But where there's a will, there's a way. Had this been a few weeks ago, I could have ordered the Dreadnought out of the immediate vicinity, for it was placed under my Command by the currently missing Vice Admiral. As of now, it's most likely being Commanded by a colleague of mine. The ship's draw-back is its sub-optimal performance in combat, compared to a usual vessel of comparable class.
Make no mistake, you're better off avoiding it. From what I've been able to piece together, it's currently stationed on Juneau shipyard, but regularly making trips as far as Prison Station Mitchell. Most likely on over-watch duties, your break-out being detected will be inevitable, so move as quickly as you can.

I'm unaware of other potential assets, or rather I have 'guesses' but no concrete knowledge of the facts regarding their specifications. I'm unsure of the feasibility of using New Hampshire as a means of escaping immediate assault, but if possible, one can utilize the system to reach Minnesota, move into Texas and thereby escape into California, from there you'd simply have to choose which installation of yours is most suitable for this purpose.
I advise against New York, solely because it would be suicide, one cannot just simply waltz their way through the Capitol and not expect a squadron to suddenly be in pursuit of you.
If I'm going to trust you with the screening of the personnel of both the Battlegroup and the LSF, then I want an immediate and direct means of being able to verify and monitor the collection as well as results of the due process, that term is non-negotiable and given the help I have offered and will continue to offer, it should hardly be considered as asking for too much.

Finally, as to whether you've placed too much trust in a former serviceman of the Navy, time will tell. I've told you before though, you'll always have my assistance so long as your actions are for the greater good. For now, grant my term and I will formulate a route, the best one can utilize given the circumstances and opponent you face.
