You didn't reply to any of the messages I sent as a reply to your "accusations" if one could call them such. Usually that would be drawing behind a bit more than just a message of me but since you didn't pressure the point after my last message I let it slip. We have bigger problems at hand and I am surprised you didn't appear here yet after you offered to work with me twice now and always I accepted without anything of that happening.
Now I understand that there are more threats out there the ESRD takes care of but maybe it should prioritize the problems we have right here when they involve something of this size. I am currently at LIBCENTCOM for some administrative duties. If you do not reply to this one either I really don't know what to think of you anymore and I will not be as friendly anymore.
I have to honestly tell you that I received no such follow-ups from you, despite my sincere intentions of working with you. Perhaps you had issues with your communication systems or I had some with mine, I highly doubt the latter. In either case since the situation is still fresh and important my offer at cooperating with you still stands. I'll make this as brief as possible, there is a possibility that research that could help in the detection of these 'threats' could be on the verge of a breakthrough. I am more than willing to share its results with you provided you contribute. All I require you to do is a pick a venue, a secure research site and work will be commenced there immediately. I do hope this response isn't victim to a technical issue with communications. If I were you I would probably look into the possibility that someone is tampering with your communications array.
Lieutenant Commander Reeves, over and out.

Your quick reply just now will make me believe what you said. Though I cannot quite understand who would have the capabilities to completely disrupt messages with my security codes that would be leaving the Harmony. I will have to look into it. But it would explain a lot. Maybe I need to stay here for a while and check which messages actually ever left the Harmony.
I understand you being impatient then. I will accept your offer but I am not really certain if there even is any secure research site when even a battleship can be compromised. Isn't the ESRD suitably equipped with something? I don't really want to call in another favour with one of the agencies.
Regardless of the minor setback of finding a secure site, I've managed to utilize/abuse my persuasive nature and security clearances to provide us with a location that avails us the utmost secrecy as well as security. I won't mention the name of the site over the communications.
I hope you don't have a phobia of the dark Rear Admiral. We'll been spending quite some time in it for the duration of this research. I'll see to it that the location itself is prepped with the required equipment before we arrive there to begin. In addition I will also personally interview the security staff, to be thorough and certain we have no weak links. I don't really think we'll need help from the other agencies this time, or ever again if I'm being frank.

You seem quite certain of the success of whatever you have planned there. I am looking forward to seeing what it is. Will I have to dispatch the whole battlegroup there or will it be just me for the time being?
Whichever it is I still need to know where to go and when. I will prioritize this as this situation is starting to be more than a minor incident. I'll be ready to depart.
My confidence is due to the fact that this research isn't by any means new, but it is experimental. I'll leave who you dispatch up to you, but security protocols during the duration of this research will be through the roof, the more people you bring the more people are going to be looked into. If you do decide to allow any members of the Battlegroup to accompany you, then I strongly urge that you personally make sure that their loyalties lie with you.
As for the where and when all I have to say on that regard is this folder:
