I can see clearly that your corporation is an expensive one and I can see also that your high prices are due to the great efficiency of executing business successfully, no matter the situation. I did not warn you as you said, I am just informing you that those prices fit for one job every now and then, but continuous business requires moderate prices. This is all that I meant and no warning is meant at all.

Anyway, I appreciate your suggestion to contact Borderworld Exports, I actually didn't expect that suggestion to come my way in such a bold way, but it's always better, to be honest than zigzags and vague. Greetings Ms. Nakamura

My name is Steve Malmsteen, Vice president of Bretonia Mining & Fabrication, in short, BMF. As you might hear already, the company I represent recently is undergoing some major projects at the moment, so we did not have enough time to supply you with more accurate construction drawings and plans. I understand that this is a major project and I also understand that this project represents a major step forward for the NSE corporation. We will provide you with the required drawings and engineering plans for establishing your project.

I managed to have a conference with the BMF's most skilled engineers and heavy construction managers, and they provided me with these current drawings and schemes which I am attaching to you in this transmission. I would like you to study them carefully before assigning us to initiate the constructions. We would like to let you know that this operation is one of the most complicated operations because of the location and the situation around bretonia at the moment. We will manage to bring in our construction platforms under heavy protection from the Bretonia Police and the Bretonia Armed Forces because we know how close is Planet Cambridge to the omega border worlds systems. We all know who can live there and we all do not want any troubles.

Concerning the safety of the project, we would like to assure you that we are one of the best who does a risk assessment. We will not leave anything unorganized because we do not like surprises. We will secure the entire heavy construction process via the bretonian law enforcers. They guarantee for us that everything is under government control and that if some problems happened then the law enforcers will take care of it. We also would like to inform you that we will only charge you 100,000,000 million credits for the risk assessment which is actually 60% of the entire expenses, but the BMF board decided to carry the 40% left on its own expenses.

We are always glad to work with the NSE and we are going to have lots of work together in the future, from Isle of Skye to Libourne research complex, we are happy to deal with you Ms. Nakamura, and please send my deepest greetings to your CEO Sara Tanaka for her continuous care to do good business with the largest bretonian corporations. I will wait for your confirmation reply so we initiate the heavy construction process asap.

It is me one more time, Hina 陽菜 Nakamura. and I would like to thank you for the amazing designs and the fast edits that have been done efficiently. I hold great feedback from the NSE board members for the BMF corporation as usual. The members of the board see no need for any delay now, and that we should initiate the heavy constructions today if possible. The docking master will expect your engineers as soon as possible.

We would like to express our gratitude for the backup and support received by the BMF corporation towards the NSE installation. We knew that BMF is a great corporation about helping other smaller ones to grow inside and outside Bretonia house space and that is appreciated much. The designs have been approved by the board and here is a copy of the approved ones associated with the required stamp for initiating the heavy constructions phase.

I discussed the security matters with the NSE board members and they decided that we can rely on the BMF connections with the Bretonia government about the security of this operation as a whole. We appreciate that your respected corporation has reduced the expenses from 100% to 60% only. That is not done by many corporations around, and we are grateful that BMF understands the weakness of newborn companies and accordingly provides for them lesser factors of budget pressure.

After some negotiations and studying the current designs, the NSE chief executive officer Sara 冴咲 Tanaka decided to sign a cheque of 100,000,000 credits to cover the risk assessment done by the BMF specialists. Feel welcome to deliver the cheque to the Cambridge National Bank (CNB) and they will take care of the money transfer successfully to your accounts. So here we are once again, this time for good,this will be our last Transmission on this Project.

So in the spirit of shooting straight and being bold, I'll tell you exactly where we currently stand :

It has become very clear to us that NSE and Gateway have very different ideas of doing business and pricing. *Murdock takes a long puff of his cigar*

So After much discussion amongst ourselves, the other Exec's and myself have ultimately decided to decline not only this contract but any further contracts as well.

*Murdock Pauses to a Second to sub out his Cigar, his mood seemingly shifted afterwards*

However we do still see Value in NSE and as such we will remain as a client, we find the Close proximity to such readily available Ore's from nearby systems as well as the Specialized convenient.
