In the begining, i would like to introduce myself to your respected corporations and companies. My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, Nebula Shipping Express docking master, and i am here on behalf of our CEO, Sara 冴咲 Tanaka which assigned me to contact your respected offices for establishing a massive project for the NSE modular installation at the Cambridge system.

The NSE board members agreed to initiate the "Nebula Innovation" architecture project and finally the project is being processed. The project is about a heavy upgrade to the NSE modular installation to a higher core with special features. The NSE would be honored if your respected corporations accept to participate in the designing and construction of this massive project. We would like to contract the Bretonia Mining and Fabrications for the engineering and designing of the new project. We understand that the BMF corporation is a leader in this field.

This project requires at least 2 corporations/companies for logistic means, so we would be honored if Rheinland Shipping and Gateway Shipping Inc. accept our offer for a logistic contract covering the entire two phases of the project. There will be several features in this project and one of them is the construction and equipping of the "Nebula Lounge & Bar" which is designed to be a unique chilling place for our employees and clients. The NSE board decided to offer that part of the contract to Orbital Spa & Cruise which is one of its kind when it comes to luxurious comfy business.

The project heavy constructions will be offered to one of our greatest business partners from the Bretonia and Rheinland house spaces, The corporation's names will be decided after the preparations for the heavy constructions phase are done.

We would are glad that your response was very fast and not only that, but you also provided us with two fast drawings which match our concept of the new project designs. This is a very good start and I think personally that dealing with such a notorious corporation and successful high command is what keeps me happy in this business.

We would like to have more details about the external parts of the installation. We care much for the safety of this modular station and the personnel inside and outside. We would like to have more designs for the Factory designs and the external safety measurements. I will wait for your reply concerning those two matters as soon as possible so we can continue with the rest of the designs.

We would like you to deliver those materials following the template shown below for the delivery reports. It is very important for us to have everything working in an organized way. We also know how professional you are so we expect no mistakes hopefully.

I managed to convince the board to contact your company for equipping our new lounge and bar with the latest and amazing equipment as we found on your previous projects. But to the heart of the matter eh ? I Suppose i've kept you in suspense long enough on our Answer to your proposal, and I guarantee you're not going to like it.

Bump All Commodities up to a Flat Rate of 1500 Credits per Unit

Now now before you scream bloody daylight robbery at me I'll put it in some context for you with some number crunching we did:

The Total Profit stood to be gained if we dedicated A Single Transport to each of the Three below resources would be as follows:
Hull Segments : (25,000 X 1,000) = Sell Price of 25,000,000 and (25,000 X 500) = Cost/Buy Price of 12,500,000 Providing a Net Profit of 12,500,000 SC @ 4min 04 Seconds per one way trip - 10 trips total = 40min 40 Seconds
Reinforced Alloys: (75,000 X 750) = Sell Price of 56,250,000 and (75,000 X 250) = Cost/Buy Price of 18,750,000 Providing a Net Profit of 37,500,000 SC @ 3min 15 Seconds per one way trip - 15 trips = 49min (rounded up)
Industrial Hardware : (25,000 X 800) = Sell Price of 20,000,000 and (25,000 X 400) = Cost/Buy Price of 10,000,000 Providing a Net Profit of 10,000,000 SC @ 3min 15 Seconds per one way trip - 5 trips Total = 16 min (rounded down)

The Same Single Transport doing an Export of Pristine Ice from Our Installation :
Sell Price 5000 X 13782 = 68,910,000 and (5000 X 3000) = Cost/Buy Price of 15,000,000 Providing a Net Profit of 53,910,000 SC @ 23min 56 seconds

The above also does not take into account the return trip times or offloading and unloading...So as you can see we'd be making substantial losses with current pricing and would see no reason to allocate more than 3 ships currently.

Food for thought and all that ,as you know we recently purchased from your Specialised Equipment Store, whilst we don't know your profit Margins per se it's safe bet that as a Business man you CEO would choose to hover at least around the 50% Mark.

And with this one Final Curveball, I'll Leave the Ball in your Court, out of the Spirit of Fairness to our Rheinland Counterpart's we want them to benefit from the Same Price Changes.

We have noticed that Gateway Shipping Inc. is offering very high prices most of the time which we find as a normal right for every business company, but I just want to inform you that we are looking forward to establishing a long term business and by those high demands in prices shown in this contract offer and the one before it, then we will think twice before establishing another contract or even phase II of this contract in the future.

We thought about your counteroffer and the NSE board decided to accept it and give you a cheque of 85,000,000 credits at the end of this contract. If your respected corporation agrees to such an offer then you will receive the offered amounts on the contract on direct delivery plus the 80 million bonus at the end of this contract. Concerning the amounts offered here, I would like to inform you that the capacity of the lounge will be able to hold 5,000 guests but this will rarely happen at this early phase of our business so we will take your amounts and on the refilling times, we will refill for almost 700 people per month. I think your prices are good and your amounts are good, so feel welcome to initiate your deliveries to the NSE installation. We will accept them immediately.

The security issue is indeed a very important part of our concerns, so we already are receiving several offers from security companies and we are still studying all the options and features.
