No, When your BANNED your chars wont be wiped, If you arnt banned then it is different times your chars get deleted depending on the server character list. Read Korrds posts.

I would like to request a refund for equipment, the 12/13 mil on my char isnt that important... i had 6 codies an armor upgrade MKVI and .... nothing i guess...
can those be restored... if yes... ill try to find out wich ones they were if not than i guess im out of luck...

Why nobody pays attention to this thread?
It is not like I'm asking everybody to give me half their souls, but to take a few screenies (something everybody does a lot in game) of the char selection screen and ship loadout screen.
Its something that takes 5 minutes to do... and will save you 5 weeks of trading to get everything back ಠ_ಠ
