.:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - Tri - 07-21-2009 ---Incoming Transmission--- ---Loading...--- COMM ID: Frank Paulino of .:j:.Maverick LOCATION: Gran Canaria AREA OF EXPERTISE: Junker, Former Physician Greetings Fellow Congressmen, After thinking about the three choices and many flops about which one would be, in my personal opinion, the best choice of action I have reviewed all your input and used it to augment my own insight. I believe that none of the options presented by the Honorable Arbiter Hannibal Bishop can be used independently to achieve our desire results and resolve our grievances. The Following are the reasons why I make this argument: Course 1: Staying on Course- While that would seem like the an illogical choice at first I must agree that it is the safest for the congress because we don't attract any retaliation from a House to our Congressmen. Although in my opinion not the right choice because if we choose to remain helpless to the atrocities committed by the Hogosha and their Kusari puppets we will open the proverbial flood gates for bolder enemies. Also above all we CANNOT let Bretonia Fall. Course 2: Retaliation- While this is the more appealing choice of them all we cannot AFFORD a direct conflict with Kusari no matter how you phrase it. Even supporting a "Separatist" Junker Squadron would lead to a massive loss of funds for the congress. While I do believe that the Jackal Squadron should be initiated, for SELECT missions into Kusari territory and against Hogosha but not directly to Kusari Military, it will place a HUGE target on the Heads of the Members of the Congress whether we're indeed responsible for it or not. There are also way to many possible variables with different associates that we cannot foresee how a Direct or Indirect War with Kusari might affect relations and trade. Our Motto is "Power -- Profitability -- Security -- Freedom." We cannot let one outshine the others in importance. Course 3: Withdrawal- Cut our losses and leave. This choice is truly unreasonable. I do not even have to mention the losses in profit and overall influence we would experience from this decision. I urge the Congress not to vote this Course and I have faith it will not come to pass. I have argued all the point as objectively as I can and now here is what propose as a solution: A combination of Course 1 and Course 2. While we cannot idly sit by while we our picked off by Kusari Battleships we can't endanger the Congress more by initiating a Retaliatory Squadron under the Junker Rep. While the Jackals are a good fundamental idea it is just to obviously connected to us to have some negative effects. I like Tinkerbell's post because of the following lines: "We have established a small independent force with no ties or direct affiliation to any single Junker group. Its members are independent and bear the consequences of their actions alone. It is at the disposal of all Junkers." Although I do not wish that these "agents" to have to deal with the ramifications of this by themselves we have no choice. We must remain neutral at least in the public eye. Although if this force had a sudden surge in numbers while coincidentally fighting Kusari we could not be held responsible for a third party's actions. =]. The only way this will work is it is totally independent of the Congress. The Congress itself can go into a defensive state attacking only to retaliate against aggression. I am by no means encouraging we sit and take this lying down but we have to be smart about how we react! I hope my post helped at least a tiny bit. It is my first post =O. And not my last. "Power -- Profitability -- Security -- Freedom." ---End Transmission-- .:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - Galacius - 07-28-2009 ---Incoming Transmission--- ---Loading...--- COMM ID: John Angrec of the JGS-Lobelia LOCATION: Puerto Rico Hello congress I am the captain of the remodeled hessian cruiser Lobelia, and I have a little report to make to you. Tonight the Lobelia was making her patrols around Beaumont base only to hear reports of intense firefight in the scrap. Shocked I told my chief pilot Collins to take us to the location of the firefight. I come upon the scene of an firefight between some legacy pirates and the deaths mercs. Around the area there were a few wrecks of ships the deaths had sunk and the scrapfield being defended by the legacy pirates. I know you have quarrels with the legacy pirates and some of their actions do not fit the junker profile but they were fighting there all to protect the scrap. Entering the fray I warned the deaths to take this out of the scrap which was met by noncompliance. I engaged trying to take protect my home while several of the legacy where shot down and were retreating. The Lobelia entered the fray to protect beaumont and the scrap that is our way of life, but this was quite costly. Doing this the 5 death's mercs almost crippled her to the point she is going to have to spend extensive time in Puerto Rico being repared. I have noticed they have asked to be allowed into junker bases and the scrap fields. I would ask you rethink this after this destructive behavior tonight. I know I will be brewing over this while the Lobelia is being fixed. John Angrec out ---End Transmission-- .:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - RmJ - 07-28-2009 --Incoming Transmission from ColdBay depot-- Ello Lobelia, Congress the actions that Lobelia imposed were premature her actions novice and hastily done. I was being assaulted by two pirates, non junker, in the Texas system. the fight ended in the scrap fields close too Beaumont. Right after the pirates ether fled or were shot down then Legacy showed up and attacked me and my detachment. While in the conflict the Lobelia decided to show up and attack us. And to be fair Congress this wasn't a needed conflict and could have been avoided. So in good faith Congress and the Deaths are not enemy's so lets keep it that way shall we? Sign, GoldenAce .:j:. Take what you will but they did not stand down when asked to or leave only continued fighting. My reasons for engaging was to protect Beaumont and the scrap that these fools where wrecking. Also from what angle that I saw they came hunting bounty heads in the scrapfield. John Angrec out ---end tranmission--- .:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - Errant.Venture - 07-28-2009 ----Incoming Encrypted Transmission---- -----Source: Planet Denver------- ----Sender: Colonel Cameron Mitchell---- Dear Junkers, It is regrettable that we were forced to destroy the JGS-Lobelia in self-defense/preservation. We were not after bounties on the Legacy Indies. They engaged us, and we defended ourselves accordingly. We have spoken to Diplomat Tinkerbell, and are awaiting a response from the Junker Congress. Here is the Communique Sent: ---Priority Communique: Decryption Required--- Hope that clears things up. With utmost respect, -Colonel Cameron Mitchell .:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - RmJ - 07-28-2009 --Incoming Transmission-- Ello again Let me make this clear to you, Beaumont was not in threat of any dangers from us, we couldn't exactly respond while being attacked surely you must understand how difficult it is to open comm links while dodging missiles right? If any regards the fight wouldn't have occurred if the Legancy's wouldn't have attacked us. So in any respects Angrec this is not your business to meddle in. This is between the Legancy failure to be aware of the dangers of fighting with in Junker ZOI and the Congress. The Deaths interests were only to move on to another mission in a different system, not to defend against you or the Legancy's GoldenAce out, .:j:. You bring that many warships into the scrap within sight of beaumont and you think ill just look the other way, even if the legacy was the ones that started it (I was not there for that, all I came upon was you guys wailing on them) you gave no response that I saw just saw the 5 of you riddling the area with fire. I will say it now, if Legacy was opened up on you I apologize. I have had decent dealings with them for the most part and if it did they are at fault. But this does not excuse you for fighting in an area that you should not even be opening fire in. You have to see things from my perspective, 5 heavily armed warships 2 junkers getting blown up by you, beaumont within sight behind me and the scrap getting utterly anihillated. You were out of line. Angrec out ---transmission ended--- .:j:. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - Marlowe221 - 07-28-2009 Gentlemen, Edit: I must apologize for being unclear. JUNKER CONGRESS MESSAGE DUMP - Sasaki - 07-29-2009 MESSAGE BEGINS Comm ID: Skeff Lesir aboard the .:j:.Rusty.Delight Target: .:j:. Congress Hello my fellow Junkers! Having recently been accepted into the Congress I felt it was time to introduce myself to all of you. I'm a Junker from Liberty where I, my wife, and our young daughter have been bouncing around for awhile, mostly staying away from the populated centers and exploring the vast scrap fields and natural beauty and phenomenon in Liberty. About ten years ago at the age of 19 I managed to obtain the worn out and beat up hull of a Pirate class transport, now considered home and named the .:j:.Rusty.Delight That was the first ship restoration project I got involved in, before that it was mostly minor projects. But over the years I've built her up and she has served us well in many tight situations. Now, with the latest engine and power core upgrades we've managed to pull together, we decided to get pull a few of our fellow Junkers in to help out on crewing the ship and started moving out further from Liberty on research, recovery, exploration and trade journeys. On one such recent journey I had the pleasure of meeting a Junker from the Congress, a Mr. Ritter flying with the ID .:j:.Ritter. We have been involved with local Junkers for awhile, but this was the first I'd heard of a real effort to unify our efforts across Sirius. I was very intrigued and asked to tag along with Mr. Ritter on one of his trade missions that would take us through several houses and edge world systems. It was a wonderful journey for all of us and it was a pleasure to get to know Mr. Ritter and learn from his knowledge of the outer reaches of Sirius. And that my friends is how I've ended up here! We own three ships currently, the transport .:j:.Rusty.Delight where we live, a CSV Mk. II with the ID .:j:.Rusty.Blade which I'm still learning to fly well, as well as a Recycler class bomber with the ID .:j:.Skeff.Lesir We look forward to seeing you all out there! Farewell fellow Junkers! Lesir signing out. MESSAGE ENDS .:j:.
