This wouldn't be the place to ask this question. I've not even checked up on the whole deal on the Kempetai tbh.

DSE) seems to be relatively defunct and doesn't appear to be considered an official faction anymore nor is it listed as unofficial.
DSE|- has started up, but is it too early to be considered official, even if it does RP the faction accurately?
What constitutes an official and an unofficial faction? Would appreciate knowing.
