Loki (Hessian Light fighter) can mount a minirazor.
Mistral can't.

Use your thruster alot... tap it.. hold it... and do random movements... if your enemy cannot anticipate your movements he will either get sloppy and stop trying to chase you, or will leave....
Either way, when he stops dodging, is a good time to strike him.
