Apparently that gunboat we captain we blasted for invading Puerto Rico is wealthier than I though. He now has a bran new Kusari Explorer and is shooting the Congress with it. He ambushed Pork Chop who knew nothing of what we had done. He doesn't like our bombers very much but he sure doesn't midn taking on a lone transport. He now calls himself the black flag. Be on the look out out for him and all Congressmen are authorized to shoot on site.

Gentlemen, greetings from the new headquarters of the Junker Congress. This is a great day and I'm very proud of what all of you have done to make this happen. You make begin rerouting your regular routes so everyone has a chance to come to Puerto Rico and take a tour of this great achievement.
I also want to take a moment to address some concerns some of you have brought to me lately. I've heard there are some renegade Junkers out there violating the no fire zone and even attacking other Junker vessels. I want to clarify a few things about our policy.
First of all, there is a 5k no fire zone around ALL Junker bases. This is not a new policy, it has been in place since Vladimir Tinkerbell was the Chief Arbiter. Unless they are actively defending a Junker base, ANYONE who violates this policy should be asked to leave. I really don't care who started the shooting, if they shoot back they can leave too.
Second, don't bother threatening anyone who violates this policy with a ban from the base. Simple words mean noting to those who break our rules so easily. Simply forward the evidence to me and I will begin the process by which the docking crews at all Junker bases will denying their docking rights automatically and the bases will open fire when they come in range.
Finally, Junkers do not attack other Junkers. Don't give in to being baited. Defend your vessel, but don't start a war and again forward the evidence to me. Any Junker vessel that opens fire on another Junker vessel will find their docking rights at all Junker bases revoked without warning.

I'm receiving word that the Order is getting increasing paranoid about ships near their home. I know that we have not had much reason to go near their bases for quite some time, but occasionally a Junker vessel would make it's way into Omicron Minor. We are highly skilled in making difficult deliveries after all. However since our presence is no longer welcome, this practice ends now. Effective immediately, all Junker Congress vessels will avoid Omicron Minor. Just don't go there.

'Tis been quite a while since I've seen the skies. Been grounded in good ol' Invergordon, swamped in paper work and pissy employees' complaints. Unfortunately it seems things don't seem like they gonna change any time soon. Not that I'm complaining, 'nways.
Me and some lads down at engineering have been trying to modify a Pilgrim to work as the company's mobile HQ. And lemme tell ya, cramming a smelter, factory and medium-sized shuttle bay, not to mention conference rooms and other luxury crap that the rich types fancy for closing deals into one hull, as big as it may be, isn't as easy as it seems.
Also, I'll be heading down to Rheinland rather soon. I got word that my friend Karl down in Kreuzberg fell ill and I want to see if everything is okay.
On the indie pirates in the Omegas, we really oughta keep an eye on that place. We don't need another group of idiots dragging our name through the mud. And pirate heavens and usually a good place for groups of idiots.

So, aye, I did, in th' end, have ter dock with Atown, as me windscreen were cracked an freezin o'er.
I've no idea wha' happened to this Shel vessel, 'cept tha' Atown's gunnery squad says they fired till e' were out o' sight...

Greetings fellow Congressmen!
I've seen a Roc named Spectre rampaging around and attacking unlawfuls on every occasion.
Including Junkers and independent smugglers. In the first furball in Colorado there were several
navy ships too so i thought Congressman should avoid direct clashing with the law enforcement.
When the unlawful forces emerged nearly victorious the merc retreated to New York.
I followed him to a location where no one can see him only to notice he already attacked an indi smuggler.
All in all that seemed to be the right moment to take him down, so i powered up the weapons
and flew down on him. After a brief fight he flew too close to the sun and was destroyed in the process.
Keep an eye out for him in case he somehow returns.
