Brethren, Nomak,

The facilities on San Remo are running understaffed and in disrepair, after the crisis I had to deal with. They'll be restored to previous levels in time. As it stands, we don't have the means to house any large amounts of refugees on our own. We could petition the government on Malta to provide asylum for them, should we absolutely need to, however, I'd rather not use up all our political power on this one large favor alone. We don't even know when, or how many will come, though it's safe to assume that not every ship will make it through.

For now, we have Thrax. I believe he's willing to cooperate with us, regardless of the coloring of his language. He knows he has nowhere left to turn, but to us. And I intend to take full advantage of that. I will maintain communication, and attempt to steer him towards usefulness.

Well, first of all, I am glad to see you managed to start the testing runs on the Kusari engines, mr. Ossari. I am looking forward for your further reports and will assist you in the work as well. I am sure they will be ready very soon and we will even have the first test runs with the Black Engines as well.

As for the situation with the captured Order VHF, good thing is that the system defensive mechanisms have been passed. It would take a little bit longer to reverse-engineer the schematics because they have newer variants of the vessels, from what I used to have in Cerberus. But with the knowledge of Order tech I have, it shouldn't take too long to debunk the schematics, designs and systems and make it adapted to our own use.

Another thing that reminds me is that during my scans and using the encrypted signal to the Wichita Cerberus Vault of the Outpost X-58, the systems recognized my encryption code and sent a backup copy of several informations regarding the organization and other old transmissions between the members. The data might be corrupted though but the information stored there is vital to our development. We could use the base designs to improve our own facilities on San Remo even. But all the relevant schematics of Cerberus technology are stored on the Vault. Here are the encoded data for your sight to review it.

We shall continue as we did until now but we will be aware of their possible arrival... we are Samarran and you do know well how it was for us when we had to escape from that hell. We will keep eye on this Adrian Thrax for now, and see what is he up to.

And doctor, very good. I appreciate your dedication and your effort and trust me, on the end, it will pay back to you. The Nepthys we captured is all yours, and I would like you to use it, as it is collecting the dust currently. I will review the data you attached as of this moment.

Now, I have great news for everyone;

You are all aware that we are gathering more and more men and women, willing to participate to our cause, and that more and more people understand what are we actually doing. That is why, I believe we are ready to reorganise ourselves a bit, so we would actually concentrate on the things we do best. We have enough people to begin with that.

I had in my mind to split us in three sections, or cells... whatever you'd like to call it. Two of those were already obvious. We do know Bassam and Dave's work, and what they do. But, the third will be recreation of something lost long time ago.


The first cell would be the affairs, diplomacy and so on, with Bassam on top of it, as it's head. He is already engaged in Malta's government which is great thing for us. We are after all citizen of the Nation but that, shouldn't stop there. I believe his abilities and his work can go further, in the direction towards the Great Work, as he refers to it. That would include mister Light, who have shown his good skills and I think he's fitting into this cell.

The second cell would be specifically R&D cell. There's nothing much to say here, as we know Dave's excellent work. This for now includes mister Ossari and miss Yang but we will see if there will be more of notable individuals for this cell.

The third cell... well. Some of you remember the Raiders, some of you only heard for them as rumors.

I believe everyone would agree here that I should dedicate myself to this, as I believe that I shouldn't dedicate myself to the previous two as we already have best of the best on their top. This specific cell will I believe, have most of the notable brothers and sisters in it.

The purpose of this cell would be to collect income for our organisation, by either hunting for the big companies and their cargo ships or, by assassinating the enemies of Malta, and claim the bounties on them. It would also be our main fighting force and thus, I would leave other two cells to concentrate their effort on their specific things. Perhaps, if things go well, this specific cell will bring the old glory of the Raiders...


This doesen't means we will be completely split. We will as well, work together when we are needed to.

If you agree with this, you are to find fitting callsigns for your respective cells. You will also, have full control and responsibility over them.

I will await for your opinions gentlemen.

Greetings Lord Nomak,

While I am capable of the social niceties and customs that are required for diplomacy I'm not quiet sure it's where I would fit in. I prefer working alone gathering information on certain groups as well as making first contact with new ones to establish ties, I'd rather let Mr.Hussaini handle the actual diplomacy part drawing up treaties and agreements... going on visits and indulging long drawn out discussions are not for me.

Additionally I like to travel in space a lot, this is what makes me suited for making first contact with new groups as well as gathering intelligence on various other groups. I also enjoy having the freedom to earn some credits from trade ships when I have the chance as well as eliminating foes when the opportunity presents itself. That being said if this is where you require that I devote my time and effort I shall do so. I look forward to hearing from you.

Nomak, Brethren,

The final preparations are under way. Though a mere technicality at this point, I have devoted some thought to the name of the Cell that I'm supposed to direct. The backward mythologies of Samarra, though outdated compared to our current lore and understanding, contain irreplaceable themes that speak to both our higher consciousness and primal instincts, in ways that cannot be replicated. Hence, I will derive the name from there.

"The Silver Sun" will be the name of the affairs division, and as its rays shine on the darkest of places, so too will our agents discover the most hidden secrets of Men, and the lost mysteries of the Creators.

I'd like to take this chance to commend Mister Light's efforts to infiltrate the Omicron Research Group, needless to say, you should proceed with utmost caution, and remember to keep in touch on any interesting developments.

I Passed the final stage of the ORG recruitment process and so they've accepted me as one of their own, Hopefully now we can learn more about them and if they have any hostile intent towards the nomads. Greetings Lord Nomak,

It seems I'm gathering quiet a lot of intelligence today. I entered Kappa where I encountered an entity known as |PRIME. When I questioned it about who it was or what group it represented it refused to answer. Instead it requested that I leave the area. I refused to until it gave me the answers I was looking for. That's when something interesting happened, An Auxesian ship showed up and appeared to offer assistance to the AI entity. Going by this I think it;s safe to assume that the |Prime are in league with Auxesia.

Then a few moments later I encountered a research vessel being followed by both ships. They were trying to find out what it was researching as It had just undocked from the planet Gammu. Thankfully he refused to divulge such information. Once I got talking with him it he revealed the knowledge of what he was reasearching and even shared the data with me, I'll upload the data now.
