Once an armor crusher, the ship was heavily damaged by a Rheinland strikeforce at one on the first assaults on Texas while they were securing the evacuation of Texas. Norfolk did it's best to repair the ship, but it is not able to provide heavy weaponry anymore. So it was equipped with anti fighter weaponry and large fleet managing mainframes...partly constructed by som of my scientists...to work as a Strikeforce command cruiser."
